Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
      Your order will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.
      Particularly, if you are choosing Express Shipping, our courier partner will offer flexibility to update the delivery address or make special arrangements with the delivery.
I cannot receive my order, what should I do?
      lease email us in the net with your order number.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
      Yes, any brand new product in original condition with the product tag and original packaging can be returned or exchanged within a few days of delivery.
      All returned items / exchanges would be compensated with non-expiring store credits ONLY.
      Please make sure all return packages are sent with a tractable, insured service.
      Please include the original invoice with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
