Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us and provide your order number and state the reason.
a. For orders cancelled within hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
b. For orders cancelled after hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging the cancellation fee.
c. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
d. Generally, you will receive a refund within several business days. (If no refund is received within a few days, please contact us via email.)
Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
The refund rules apply to the following situations:
1. If a customer's order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock, we will continue to ship the remaining order products and refund the out-of-stock items to the customer according to the original payment method;
2. Customers can initiate a refund before the order is shipped. This type of refund takes a short time to process and the customer service staff will handle it as soon as possible;
3. If the goods have been received and need to be returned and refunded, customers can contact our online customer service, fill in the complete information according to the steps, and send the goods back to us in the original state. After we see that the logistics status is normal, we will process the refund for this order as soon as possible;
